• No entries on race day.
• Medals to all participants!
• A tog bag facility will be provided at participants’ own risk.
• 42.2, 21.1 and 10km races start at Table Bay Mall, Berkshire Boulevard, Table View.
• The 5km fun run starts and finishes on the beach at Eden on the Bay.
• Safe parking is available at Table Bay Mall. Please park in the basement. Parking tickets available to purchase at registration.
• The finish for all races is at Eden at the Bay Beachfront, Big Bay.
• Catch a Free MyCiti Bus back to TABLE BAY MALL where there are plenty restaurants and coffee shop available – so bring the family and enjoy the morning with us.

NUMBER COLLECTION 

REFRESHMENT STATIONS 

• There will be refreshment stations every 3km with water and Coca Cola, as well as carry your own fill-up facilities.
• Please note: no sachets at water tables.
• Do not litter. Dispose of litter responsibly and use the bins provided
  

PRIZE GIVING

• Prize giving will start at 10am for the 10km participants, 11am for 21.1km participants, and at 12pm for the marathon participants.
• All prize monies will be paid electronically. All prize winners must supply their banking details and a copy of their ID.
• Please note: Should you be competing for a top spot and prize money you MUST enter under the contender category
• The marathon (42.2km) is a WPA CHAMPIONSHIP race.
• As such, WPA will award (over and above the race prize money) prize money and medals to WPA registered athletes for the WPA 42.2km Championship race in 10-year categories:
  • Open through to 70+: 1st place R1000, 2nd place R750, 3rd place R500.
